If you're looking for activities to do in Ocean Beach, head to Newport Avenue, a shopping street filled with beach shops, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and antiques. Further south, Sunset Cliffs Natural Park is dominated by spectacular cliffs! For long walks, head to Point Loma up to Cabrillo National Monument, a historic lighthouse.

In terms of accommodation, options are not very numerous. If you cannot find a place to stay in Ocean Beach, expand your search to Liberty Station and Midway District. These two neighborhoods are right next to it, closer to San Diego airport and much more affordable
