If you're wondering when to go to Hong Kong, two seasons stand out. Ideally, I suggest visiting China in spring and autumn. These two periods offer nice temperatures perfect for exploring the metropolis and enjoying as many activities and outings as possible!

In spring, temperatures rise although evenings are still cool. Humidity levels increase somewhat, but it isn't unpleasant! During autumn, sunshine is constant, temperatures remain warm, and the first breezes arrive.

For many travelers, autumn is the ideal time to visit Hong Kong, so go for it!

Unsurprisingly, flying is the simplest and fastest way to get to Hong Kong. From New York, with airlines such as Air France and Cathay Pacific, you can easily find direct flights that take about 13 hours, or less depending on the airlines and departure cities.
